Guideline how to use Sales & Purchase Approval Control

1. Once you have enable this plugin > you may enable the approval setting to the Document Type you want.


2. You may enable setting below

– enable sales order approval setting = apply this approval in sales order

– Allow Sales Order Preview = allow user to preview saved Sales Order

– Allow Sales Order Print = allow user to print saved sales order


You can apply these to the specified user and set approval limit


3. Once user have saved this document> you can see the approval is pending


4. To approval this Sales Order > just click edit transaction > click approve button as below picture shown > and system will prompt security pass for supervisor to approve


Type in your supervisor password to continue.

5. Once Approved system will show approved status as below picture shown


6. After all the approval process completed > you may now transaction it to DO / Invoice. TQ
