Do you know that in AutoCount Accounting, you can run your account book / database without performing year end? In AutoCount Accounting, year end is an optional process which you can choose to or to not run. What you need to do is just add the fiscal year under Tools –> Manage Fiscal Year –> Select the latest year –> Click Add New Next Fiscal Year.
You can add up to multiple years in a single account book / database.
However, if your company account book / database growth is fast and large, we do suggest you to perform year end to avoid slowdown on the system due to heavy data.
